Department Courses:
The faculty members play a role in teaching the pre-clinical level for first-year and second-year students, developing small discussion groups, and teaching clinical education for third, fourth and fifth- year students. The Department of Cardiology contributes in preparing students for the changes accompanying this stage and training them for the important stage which is examining patients and how to deal with them and evaluate their condition, and to achieve our mission in provide quality service and care for the patient.
Medical students are taught by a group of qualified physicians as follows:
- Adult Cardiology Unit: members give courses from Medicine’s curriculums.
- Pediatric Cardiology Unit: members give courses from Pediatrics’ curriculums.
- Anesthesia Unit: members give courses from Anesthesia’s curriculums.
- Cardiac Surgery Unit: members give courses from Surgery’s curriculums.
