About the Department

The department provides many credits to medical and dental students and students of the College of Applied Health Sciences. In addition, the department oversees a distinctive program for the training of Saudi and non-Saudi physicians enrolled in KSU anesthesia and critical care fellowships, which was established in 1989, and the Saudi Board of Anesthesia and Critical Care established in 1992. The KSU Anesthesia Fellowship Program is considered one of the best programs in the Kingdom thanks to its competent faculty members.
