This unit is responsible for receiving mail, transactions, and circulars coming to the college, recording them, and directing them to the college’s departments and various units, and exporting transactions issued by the college’s departments and various units, directing them to parties outside the college. It is also specialized in responding to auditors’ inquiries regarding transactions.
