The unit is responsible for directly overseeing the administration's incoming correspondences/transactions, organizing the process of submitting/receiving and electronic recording of correspondences/transactions and forwarding them to concerned departments in addition to filing and archiving of all documents and incoming/outgoing correspondences/transactions.
