Functions

  • Collect statistical information and data from different activities of the college.
  • Review data once it is received in addition to grouping and categorizing it and establishing principles for storing and retrieving such data and ensuring it is kept up-to-date.
  • Conduct analytical statistical studies to get statistical indicators that can be used in decision-making.
  • Create and develop a statistical database to design statistical schedules for each college department.
  • Oversee the preparation of the college annual report and distribute it to concerned departments.
  • Provide clients with information in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Receive requests and detailed data from concerned departments to be added to the university annual report.
  • Group and categorize data and create folders for storage and retrieval.
  • Conduct studies, produce statistics, and create schedules and charts to correct information and help in decision-making. 
  • Provide the Statistics and Information Department of the university with the required data.
