Tasks

1.    Attracting distinguished faculty members, teaching assistants, and researchers to the College of Medicine who will contribute to its mission.
2.    Providing support for the development of academic, research, and professional capabilities of faculty members, teaching assistants, and researchers.
3.    Overseeing postgraduate programs and medical fellowships at the College of Medicine and providing support to ensure their excellence and sustainability. 
4.    Supporting faculty members, students, and researchers in scientific research, development, and innovation by providing a stimulating research environment conducive to excellence.
5.    Overseeing research centers and chairs at the College of Medicine and supporting them in achieving their mission and goals in alignment with the university's objectives and research priorities.
6.    Promoting academic and scientific excellence by establishing and overseeing scientific awards.
7.    Strengthening community partnerships and exchanging expertise with national entities to support the achievement of vision targets and social responsibility.
8.    Establishing scientific partnerships with local and international universities and institutions to enhance research outcomes of the college and promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
