The Vice Deanship seeks to achieve the College's mission through:
1.    Offering postgraduate programs and medical fellowships in alignment with the Kingdom's vision and local and global requirements.
2.    Providing a supportive environment that encourages research and innovation.
3.    Strengthening community partnerships and ensuring the application of quality standards.
4.    Supporting faculty members, postgraduate students, and trainees to enhance their academic, research, and professional capabilities.

Objectives
1.    Attracting and supporting distinguished faculty members and their equivalents.
2.    Promoting a culture of scientific research among faculty members and students, and increasing the quantity and quality of research outcomes.
3.    Enhancing the reputation of the College of Medicine as a distinguished and recognized training center for postgraduate programs and medical fellowships.
4.    Strengthening international collaborations with prestigious universities and medical institutions to facilitate the exchange of expertise and services.
5.    Partnering with community associations and institutions to support the College in achieving its goals.
