The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging at the College of Medicine and King Saud University Medical City is one of the largest departments specialized in the field of radiology among hospitals in the Kingdom and includes a group of skilled physicians specialized in the field of precise diagnostic radiology. The department seeks to provide radiological medical services that contribute to accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients. It also provides scientific research related to community studies that can make changes in a modern manner, as it strives to keep abreast of the latest technological and practical developments.

Moreover, the department gives great attention to postgraduate programs and offers fellowships in diagnostic radiology and training in other postgraduate programs such as the Saudi Board and other fellowships programs in addition to training for interns from health and applied sciences colleges.
