• Liaising with departments regarding modification and submission of grades to the Deanship of Admission and Registration. 
• Coordinating with the deanship and overseeing the process of student grading in the academic system.
• Coordinating with the Deanship of Student Affairs and overseeing the process of payment of student stipends.
• Issuing ID cards for new students.
