- Assess needs, design training programs, provide mentorship, and develop faculty evaluation systems.
- Establish governance procedures, management structures, and communication channels for undergraduate medical education.
- Develop e-learning modules, convert courses to online formats, and train faculty on digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Conduct research in medical informatics, provide training and support for health informatics, and offer consultation on informatics applications in healthcare and education, including AI in healthcare education.
- Address ethical dilemmas, train faculty on research ethics, and provide guidance on ethical policies and emerging issues.
