Responsible for planning, designing, and ensuring the successful implementation of the medical curriculum at the College of Medicine, while advancing research in medical education.

Committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning among faculty, promoting intellectual growth, and enhancing teaching and scholarly development.

Enhances teaching and learning by delivering the medical informatics curriculum, developing digital content, and providing support for electronic services to students and faculty. It also organizes workshops on medical informatics, e-learning, and AI applications in healthcare and education.

Offers a practice-oriented master's program in health professions education, preparing practitioners and academics for leadership roles in education.

Elective Course Unit

Focuses on guiding medical students through elective courses, facilitating their transition from learners to practitioners, and organizing summer training programs both nationally and internationally.

Organizes and evaluates Problem-Based Learning (PBL) tutorials and develops effective small group teaching methods in line with the KSU College of Medicine curriculum.

Provides a high-quality, integrated clinical curriculum designed to meet the clinical competencies required for Saudi medical students, ensuring they are prepared for medical practice.
