Vision:

To be a problem based learning (PBL) national benchmark for health profession colleges applying PBL curriculum.

Mission:

To organize and evaluate Problem Based Learning (PBL) tutorials in a standardized process.

Objectives:

  • To set a standardized policy and procedure for PBL tutorials.
  • To orient both tutors and students about the PBL policy and procedure.
  • To plan for & organize tutors participation in PBL tutorials.
  • To deliver the required material for both students and tutors including: (Guides, cases, attendance sheets, formative & summative assessment forms, schedules of workshops, briefing sessions & tutorials).
  • To ensure the availability of the required resources.
  • To ensure submitting summative assessment marks by the tutors.
  • To evaluate & improve the PBL tutorials.
