To organize and evaluate Problem Based Learning (PBL) tutorials in a standardized process.

Objectives:
- To set a standardized policy and procedure for PBL tutorials.
- To orient both tutors and students about the PBL policy and procedure.
- To plan for & organize tutors participation in PBL tutorials.
- To deliver the required material for both students and tutors including: (Guides, cases, attendance sheets, formative & summative assessment forms, schedules of workshops, briefing sessions & tutorials).
- To ensure the availability of the required resources.
- To ensure submitting summative assessment marks by the tutors.
- To evaluate & improve the PBL tutorials.
