1.    Establish a comprehensive database of faculty members and Demonstrators.
2.    Identify and actively support the interests and initiatives of current faculty members.
3.    Attract and retain exceptional faculty members and demonstrators.
4.    Provide guidance to Demonstrators in planning their postgraduate studies abroad to meet international quality standards.
5.    Prepare, update and publish general guidelines for new faculty members.
6.    Contribute to the strategic recruitment plan for faculty members.

7.    Supporting retired colleagues and providing post-retirement services for them.
8.    Offer professional development training programs for faculty in collaboration with the university.
