The description :

The Financial Affairs Unit is one of the executive units and falls under the management of the College of Medicine. The unit is responsible for implementing all financial and procurement procedures, handing over and transferring office and non-office equipment to the employees of the College of Medicine and direct purchase.

mission :

Receive invoices that conform to specifications and work on checking and approving the invoices from the authorized person, and then delivering the dues to the beneficiaries.

Receiving offers and specifications of external purchase orders from the advance and provide them after approval by the authorized person

Raising the needs of all employees of the College of Medicine in terms of office and non-office equipment, including educational aids, scientific devices, spare parts, consumables, chemicals and programs.

Transferring and dropping the covenant of the medical faculty.
