Way of Refferals and Eligibility

• The patient seen in medial rehabilitation department must have a medical file in universal hospiltal.
• The patient can not be seen in medical rehabilitation department before been assist by physician.
• The medical rehabilitation department accepts refferal from all clinics in the hospiltal.
• The therapists can reffered the patient to rehab physician if needed.
