Hospital Wide Indicators

 

Performance Indicators are the measurable Indicators that demonstrate progress towards specified targets. They enable the decision makers to asses’ progress towards achievement of an outcome with in an agreed time frame.

 

QM Unit takes the responsibility of helping all the teams in identifying their Key Performance Indicators along with the formulae and inclusion/exclusion criteria.

QM Unit also identifies the hospital wide Indicators and has developed a dashboard. Theses Indicators are tracked monthly and discussed among the Leadership.

The KPI Steering Committee is another platform, where all these indicators are presented with updates and discussed well.

    Needle Stick Injury
    Admission After Day Surgery
    Patient Falls
