The activity starts every Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the main auditorium, 4th floor of Building 1 of King Abdulaziz University Hospital, and is under the supervision of the Head of the ORL Department.

The Grand Round Coordinator arranges the program. Presented material includes Clinico-Radiological presentations, Clinico-Pathological presentations, Case presentations, Mortality and Morbidity presentations, Speech and Audiology Case presentations, and Journal Club presentations. Additionally, invited guest speakers nationally and internationally are welcomed to present their expert opinion about topics related to the fields of ORL-HNS, Medical Education and Clinical Research.

All residents and trainees attend the Grand Rounds from all the affiliated hospitals in Riyadh. The activity time is protected to insure their participation.
