College Projects Executive Committee

Purpose:

Achieve the college’s objectives and requirements in accordance to the university vision and objectives.

Charges:

1. Follow up the progress in the implementation of strategic plan.

2. Monitor and support operational plan in all Objectives and initiatives

3. Review progress reports and KPIs of all projects

4. Facilitate communication between all college units, Medical City and University.

5. Discuss and suggest solution of any challenges, issues, needs for the college.

* Chairman of medical education Department.

* Head of postgraduate medical center

* Head of College research unit

* Head of quality and development unit

* Head of faculty and demonstrator unit
