2. Follow up of students’ registration.
3. Follow up of attendance in coordination with Academic Guidance Committee.
4. Archiving students’ records.
5. Preparing official letters for among the vice deanship and the departments and the deanship office and other entities.
6. Coordinating and announcing the exams in coordination with the Assessment Centre.
