Vice Deanship’s Office for Academic Affairs

College of Medicine Vice Deanship’s Office at the University’s Female Students Campus supervises the progress of the educational process. It coordinates with the concerned departments regarding the preparation of courses schedules, follow-up of examinations, deletion/ addition requests, and study postponement or drop/withdraw a course. It also takes care of preparing Lists of deprived students and students transfer requests from/to the college. The Office is responsible for all matters related to the affairs of first and second year students. It involves receiving and directing new students, as well as introducing them to the college departments and preparing them for university life. The office also supervises classrooms, library readiness, learning resources, and organizes extra-curricular student activities.
