Identiclone TCR-B & TCR-G T-Cell Clonality detection assay

The IdentiClone™ TCRB & TCRG T-Cell Clonality Assay is intended for PCR-based detection of clonal T-cell receptor beta chain and gamma chain gene rearrangements in patients with suspected lymph proliferations.

Specifically, the TCRB + TCRG T-Cell Clonality Assay can be used to:

Identify clonality in suspected lymph proliferations
Support a differential diagnosis between reactive lesions and T-cell and some immature B-cell malignancies
Determine lineage involvement in mature lympho proliferative disorders
Monitor and evaluate disease recurrence
