QUALITY COMMITTEE

The committee is responsible for monitoring and reporting to the departmental board and quality department at KKUH on quality issues and on the overall quality of services provided in the department.

It also considers and makes recommendations to the departmental board regarding quality improvement initiatives and policies, and ensures that best practices information is shared with the staff and the use of these materials are being monitored. It is also involved in the preparation of Canadian Accreditation of the university hospitals.

The Quality Committee meets twice a month. The current members of the committee are:
